You Provide the Decor - We'll Handle the Setup & Breakdown
Take decorating off your wedding-day to-do list! You provide your décor and your vision, and we’ll carefully set everything up according to your plan—so you, your family, and your friends can simply enjoy the day - simple, beautiful and stress-free!
We place table runners, hurricane candles, LED candles, table numbers, menus/place cards, favors, guest-book and card table, memorial table, welcome signs/easels, seating charts, aisle décor, chair covers, preassembled flower centerpieces, cake-table décor, and other client-provided decorative pieces.

Simply-Styled Setup
Up to 2 Hours of decorating time -
For smaller, uncomplicated décor setups using your own décor pieces
Signature-Styled Setup
Up to 3 Hours of decorating time -
For weddings with more décor pieces and multiple areas to set up.
Breakdown
Up to 1.5 hours of breakdown after your ceremony & reception of your decor pieces
Packages are based on the amount and complexity of décor provided. Extensive or unusually detailed setups may require additional time at $37.50 per 30 minutes.
Wedding Décor Setup Policy
Simply Marry Us provides wedding décor setup using décor supplied by the client. We do not currently provide, rent, purchase, transport, or store wedding décor. All décor must be delivered to the venue and ready for setup prior to our scheduled arrival time.
Décor will be arranged according to the photos, instructions, and/or floor plan approved in advance. To ensure we can complete your setup within the time reserved, we ask that all décor be organized, clearly labeled, fully assembled when practical, and ready to be placed.
Simply Marry Us does not provide or install: tents, canopies, tables or chairs; linens; café/string or other electrical lighting; chandeliers or overhead décor; draping; ceiling installations; items requiring ladders, rigging, tools, electrical work, or attachment to walls, ceilings, trees, or structures; large or complicated arches/backdrops; fresh floral arrangements; or heavy furniture/equipment. We also do not provide catering or food/beverage setup.
All décor and installations must comply with the venue’s rules and safety requirements. Simply Marry Us reserves the right not to install any item we believe is unsafe, excessively heavy, requires specialized installation, or falls outside the agreed scope of service.
Simply Marry Us is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, or breakage of fragile client-provided décor.
