Balance due in cash or Venmo/Zelle upon arrival for your ceremony

Additional Fees:

$150 Travel Fee for ceremonies outside of the City of Aiken, SC

$100 Additional Fee for ceremonies that start before 9:00 am

$75-$150 Late Start Fee for ALL ceremonies that begin 15 minutes after the

official, scheduled ceremony start time (SEE LATE POLICY BELOW FOR

DETAILS)

It's imperative that your ceremony start at your official ceremony time. Please let your friends and family members know that your ceremony will start promptly at the official time.

If you ceremony does not start at the official time, I may not be able to officiate your ceremony and your ceremony may have to be rescheduled.

If I am able to wait, the late fee after 15 minutes is an additional fee of $75.

Your marriage license will not be returned to the issuing Probate Court for official recording until your balance due and any late fees are paid in full.

CERTIFIED COPIES

OFFICIAL RECORDING

Your marriage is not official until your marriage license is officially recorded by the issuing Probate Court. Therefore, you cannot receive a certified copy of your marriage license.
